Notes

This recipe makes the chai base of a chai latte. In order to make a latte, heat ½ cup of the mixture from this recipe + ¾ cup of raw milk on a stovetop. Once heated, pour into a cup and add in maple syrup to taste. If you have a steamer, you can heat the chai with the steamer and then heat the milk with the steamer to froth & combine in a cup!
