Hi! Does this dry out pretty quickly? I made a different focaccia recipe and it was so good out of the oven, but then the next morning it was pretty dry and not nearly as good. Do you have any tips for getting focaccia to last longer? Thanks!

This one holds moisture well! Cover it on the counter with towels, make sure it's not open to air. Depending on where you live, you can leave it out for a couple of days. If you are in a place where bread molds quickly you'l'l need to put it in the fridge with an airtight container - and then heat it up.

If you want to add in herbs or cheese when to you add them, with the dry ingredients in the beginning?

You can do one of two things - one, wait until you form your dough and add it in when you oil the dough and work it in with your fingertips. Or, two - if you want it infused in the dough, add it in when the dough ingredients are incorporated but still in the mixer. Give it a mix or two and then add it to the oiled pan.

So delicious! Made this and added cheese, garlic powder and onion powder. We ate the whole thing in an afternoon. Definitely making again soon!
