Notes

Let the ketchup cool and then pour it into an air tight glass jar or container and place in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. This recipe is so versatile and can be doctored up however you’d like it - more garlic, less onion, or my personal favorite - a dash of smoked paprika to elevate its flavor even more! I save old glass ketchup jars to store my homemade ketchup in. Mentally, it just makes sense to me!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen sun dried tomato paste for sale. What’s the difference between that and regular tomato paste? Can I just up the amount of regular tomato paste in the recipe? Can you post a link or picture of the brand of sun dried tomato paste you usually buy?

You can use regular tomato paste! This is an option for sun dried tomato paste - it's the same thing!
