I was a little weary of trying this because the crust looked so thick in the pictures, but it turned out beautifully. We have pizza every Thursday (Friday this week because of Christmas) and this will definitely be in the rotation. It’s a great way to use GF sourdough started when you don’t have anything else planned for the week. I did have to cook it a little longer than the 10-15 minutes, but I’m guessing that’s related to all of my toppings.

I also sell them at different times - I don't have another drop planned but could look into doing another one soon!

You can make one on your own using the sourdough starter blog I included in the app. I'll link it here: https://farmfreshfamily.theclubb.co/post/how-to-make-maintain-a-gluten-free-starter?query=starter&isGlobalSearch=true

Hi, Pam! Jenn sells dehydrated gf sourdough starter. Mine came from hers and it’s been so easy to maintain! If you see her post about a presale for some, be sure to snag it! It’s worth it!
