Instant Pot Bone Broth

This Instant Pot Bone Broth is rich, golden, and deeply nourishing—slow-simmered flavor in a fraction of the time. Using clean, simple ingredients and pressure-cooked to perfection, it extracts all the collagen, minerals, and goodness that make homemade broth so comforting and healing. Sip it warm, use it in soups and stews, or freeze it for effortless weeknight cooking. Nutrient-dense and unbelievably flavorful… this is bone broth done right, fast.

Notes

It’s ok if you don’t have the other chicken parts like feet, necks, etc. It will still make bone broth if you only have the bones from your chicken, it just wont have the extra collagen from those parts.

I usually make a whole chicken in the instant pot (1 cup of water + chicken). If the chicken is frozen, I cook it on high pressure for 1 hour. If it's thawed, it's 30 minutes on high pressure! Then I remove the meat and make the bone broth with the leftovers in the same instant pot.
