Cinna-muffs (Cinnamon Muffins)

These Cinnamuffs are the perfect mash-up of a soft cinnamon muffin and a classic cinnamon-sugar doughnut—fluffy on the inside, warm and buttery on the outside, and rolled in sweet cinnamon sugar for the ultimate treat. They’re nostalgic, cozy, and absolutely irresistible for breakfast, brunch, or snacking. One bite and you’ll understand why no one can eat just one.

Have you ever tried freezing these? I’m curious if that would work. Maybe without the cinnamon/sugar coating and then once they’re thawed the coating can be added? Just wondering. I’m trying to make a list of things that I can make batches of and freeze to make life a little simpler. 🫠 I’m loving this app SO much!

Mine never last long enough for me to freeze them! But, I don't see why they wouldn't. They'd likely need to be heated up when they are thawed and then dipped in the coating! I'm so glad you're loving it!!! It's used often in my kitchen!!

Thank you!! It’s just me and my husband and I thought about doing multiple batches and freezing them to make things a little easier. We both work full time and commute an hour and a half every day, so our time is very limited. I’ll try it and let you know how it goes!

These are DELICIOUS!! Just made them today! I’m so excited because they were SO easy to make, didn’t take a ton of time, and you literally can’t tell that they’re gluten free! Something I can bring to breakfast potlucks at work as myself and a couple others are gluten free. 😊
