Copycat Oreos

Growing up, Oreos were my absolute favorite cookie. I would take a stack of them, carefully eat one side off - exposing the cream - and then move on to the next cookie. Once I had a good amount of cookies prepared, I’d carefully remove the other side of the cookie keeping the cream in tact so I could layer my Oreos to have 7 fillings and only two cookies. I’m pretty sure I invented the double stuffed Oreo before it was a thing... But now that I know what’s in them - and that the cream filling doesn’t contain any cream at all... It was time for a healthier option.

All good! I figured it'd be that but since I caught it thought I'd let you know so you could edit it in 😉 My son really wanted to make heart Oreos. They just need to be filled but we're first going to get your pizza dough made and then while that rises we will fill the cookies🤩
