Additional Allergens/Modifications Egg: sub with Bob's Red Mill egg replacer Dairy: Sub for dairy free ricotta + mozzarella This makes one 9x13 pan of lasagna. Lasagna Noodle recommendation is based off of my homemade pasta recipe. It can be subbed for gf box noodles of any kind. If using box lasagna or noodles you’ll need 2 boxes. The cheese is just a recommendation - go as light or as hard as you'd like!
