Notes

Additional Allergens/Modifications: Dairy: sub for a dairy free butter and cream. Egg: Use egg replacer (Bob's Red Mill is my favorite) You don't need any fancy equipment to make these churros. Just use an icing bag or a gallon sized storage bag with a hole cut out in the corner. I prefer to make the as churro fries (so a thinner hole in the bag).
