Gluten Free Sesame Chicken

Chinese food was one of the things I missed most when going gluten-free. I never knew which kitchen I could trust and missed the delicious flavors. Once I dug deeper into ingredients being used, I knew there had to be a better way - and now there is! Introducing sesame chicken, free of gluten, MSG, seed oil, added sugar, and other unnecessary ingredients!

I made this for dinner tonight, and it was SO good! This will definitely be on our dinner rotation either weekly or bi-weekly! The sauce is sweet, but not overly sweet. It had the perfect balance. My husband had to leave for his hockey game just as I was finishing up the sauce in the pan, and he told me it smelled so good that he wanted to skip his hockey game so he could stay home and eat lol! He’ll get to eat later, but now he’s going to be thinking about it while he’s at his game lol! This is really a great recipe!

My whole (non-gf) family loved this! It was so good and made plenty of leftovers when paired with rice and broccoli.
