Growing up, sugar cookies used to be one of my favorite treats to munch on! As a child, I loved the delicious frosting on the cookies, but in my adult years, I am appreciating the cookies without the icing so much more. This recipe is delicious either way! Although my kids will tell you the frosting is necessary!
