Notes

Store guacamole by sealing it in an air tight glass container in the refrigerator. It can also be frozen or freeze dried to preserve longer. The guacamole will brown or lose its vibrant color quickly on the outside layer due to oxidation. It is still good to eat as long as it's within a week of making it! You can eat the top or scrape it off, whatever you choose and a vibrant green guacamole will be hiding underneath!
