Biscuits and gravy were not part of my childhood as I was raised by two New Yorkers. Jason, however, grew up on this stuff! He remembers his grandparents making biscuits and gravy for his entire family. If it were up to me, I would have never tried this meal because I am NOT a fan of gravy. But, being the awesome wife I am, I rallied and created a gluten-free twist on Jason’s favorite breakfast... and wouldn’t you know it, I actually like this stuff now!! Who would have though?!
