Just make a buttercream icing!! I'll input a regular buttercream recipe - but you can take this chocolate buttercream icing recipe and omit the cocoa! https://farmfreshfamily.theclubb.co/recipe/chocolate-buttercream-icing

When I cut the recipe in half, I had to add about a 1/3 cup more to thin it more

These look like crepes, yes?! And thanks for sharing that! Super helpful! 🫶🏼 I love that you’re able to read the batter. That’s the key to success! Different environments and ingredients (even though they’re “the same” often times need adjustments!) bravo!!
