Homemade Toffee Bits

These Homemade Refined Sugar–Free Toffee Bits are dangerously irresistible—crunchy, buttery, and made with simple, better-for-you ingredients. They taste incredible straight off the pan, but they’re next-level sprinkled over ice cream, folded into cookies, or used as a crunchy topping for your favorite desserts. All the classic toffee flavor you love, without the refined sugar or mystery ingredients. One bite and you’ll want to keep a stash in your freezer at all times.

Notes

Be sure to move quickly during the cooling process not only to spread the mixture, but also with soaking/washing the dishes so the toffee doesn’t harden on the surfaces. These Toffee Bites are amazing to crumble up and use on ice cream as well as turn into a toffee bark by drizzling chocolate on top and breaking them into small pieces. Additional Allergens/Modifications: Dairy: sub butter for a diary free option.
