Gummy Worms

These Homemade Gummy Worms are the perfect mix of chewy, bouncy, and naturally fruity—made with simple, clean ingredients and zero artificial dyes. They’re a fun, kid-approved treat that tastes even better than the classic store-bought version. Enjoy them straight from the fridge, pack them in lunchboxes, or use them as a playful topping for dirt cups and ice cream. Once you try these, you’ll never go back to the neon bags again.

Notes

To Make Sour: Mix 1 cup of Cane Sugar & ¼ tsp Citric Acid and coat gummies once set. For the red worms: I used pineapple juice and frozen raspberries with the coloring option. For the yellow worms: I used pineapple juice with frozen pineapple. Be sure to strain out any seeds if using a fruit with seeds (like raspberries). Topical fruits like pineapple, kiwi, papaya, mango, and guava need to be cooked at a higher heat before adding the gelatin mixture.
