Since we butcher our cows, the size of my chuck roasts vary. There’s no right or wrong amount! I just add as much as will fit into my instant pot - 2-3 cuts does it for us.

I use roughly 1.5lbs (or whatever fits into my IP with my meat. Since we butcher our cows, the size of my chuck roasts vary. There’s no right or wrong amount!
