Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together and let that mixture sit for 2 minutes so a gel will form.

Additional Allergens/Modifications: Egg: sub egg for Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer & sub the egg wash for an avocado oil glaze These buns will stay soft at room temperature for a couple of days and then will need to be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. Be sure to preslice before freezing.
