Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Prepare the Chicken: cut breast meat in half and pound the meat until it’s an even patty (no thick parts). This will help with even baking. Place the sandwich patties into a glass container or gallon sized bag with ½ cup pickle juice and ½ cup milk (or buttermilk). Store in the refrigerator to marinade for 4 hours (overnight is best).

I’m sure that would taste delicious to replace the regular milk powder!! Where do you get buttermilk powder? I’ve only ever known it by freeze drying!!

Preferably from Azure; I think right now I have a lower quality one just from Walmart. I use it in my ranch dressing/dip mix:)
