Notes

Additional Allergens/Modifications: Dairy: sub dairy free milk, coconut cream & butter Egg: sub egg replacer (I use Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer, but you could also use applesauce) Repeat and re-butter pan each time! This matters! We love adding maple syrup or farm fresh raw whipped cream to the top.

I looooove pancakes 🥞 😋. This recipe is delicious! However, I was a little lost when the recipe asked for 1.6 egg. I can definitely tell I am a novice 🤣 #still learning

Haha... Totally mistyped. I was playing around with the serving size. When I place serving size to 4 it asked for 1.3 egg and for 5 servings 1.7 egg.

The wet to dry ratio is different for waffles. I haven't shared a waffle recipes (yet) because I haven't found a waffle machine that's not toxic or lined/coated yet. I'll work on one :)

They’re not perfect, but I have seen cast iron waffle irons that go in the oven I believe
