I use the back of a hand mixer whisk attachment, it makes the perfect sized hole! This period is crucial for the cake to absorb all three of the milks.

Those sprinkles made it so cute! You could try subbing with 1/4 cup more of raw cream/heavy whipping cream 🫶🏼
