Instant Pot Apple Cider

This Instant Pot Apple Cider is warm, spiced, and naturally sweet—like wrapping your hands around a mug of autumn. Fresh apples simmer with cinnamon, cloves, citrus, and a touch of maple to create a cider that’s fragrant, cozy, and ready in a fraction of the time thanks to the Instant Pot. Serve it hot for chilly nights, keep it warm for gatherings, or chill it for a refreshing twist. It’s the easiest, most flavorful apple cider you’ll ever make. The best part of this recipe is the fact that you can stop once it's refrigerated -OR- go to my apple butter recipe and use the left over scraps from the cider making process to make Homemade Apple Butter in minutes!

Notes

This can be made on the stove in a large pot if you do not have an instant pot. Just let it simmer on the stovetop for 4-6 hours (the apples will become mushy).
