The key to crunchy cinnamon toast crunch cereal is rolling the dough as thin as possible in between two sheets of parchment paper. This delicious cereal can be topped with maple sugar or cane sugar for the coating ingredient. I love storing mine in a mason jar with a lid on it for up to two weeks in the pantry.
