Gluten Free Lace Cookies

These Lace Cookies are thin, golden, and delightfully crisp—light as air with a rich caramel flavor that comes from just a handful of clean, gluten-free ingredients. They bake into beautiful, lacy-edged rounds that melt in your mouth with every bite. Perfect on their own, sandwiched with chocolate, or crumbled over ice cream, these cookies feel elegant but are incredibly easy to make. One batch never lasts long.
