Sourdough English Muffins

These Gluten-Free Sourdough English Muffins are soft, chewy, and filled with those classic nooks and crannies perfect for catching melted butter and jam. The sourdough adds a subtle tang and incredible depth of flavor while creating a tender texture with lightly crisp edges when toasted. They’re perfect for breakfast sandwiches, morning toast, or cozy slow breakfasts at home.

Notes

Use a circle cookie cutter or the top of a mason jar lid to cut out the dough. If doing a double or triple batch, be sure to scrape the cooked millet out of the pan to prevent burning.
