Method
Start the New York Strip Steak first. You’ll need to prep the steak for 24 hours before baking. Cook the steak before you need to assemble and place thin slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to assemble. If you do it this way, preheat a pan with butter and before placing the steak on, reheat quickly in butter and use. We love to top ours with sour cream, creme fraiche, and/or micro greens! Also, pre-prep the baguette and creama before you'd like to serve so that everything comes together easily too serve.
