Notes

Additional Allergens/Modifications Dairy: sub dairy free cheese, butter and milk alternatives. This is best served fresh. If there are leftovers, store them in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to one week and reheat in oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Use fresh chips to dip into the reheated leftovers. For the meat, I like to make other dishes throughout the week (like chicken noodle soup or any instant pot chicken recipe) and make extra meat. I'll throw the shredded meat into the refrigerator ready to go and when it's time for a quick lunch, I'll cover it in BBQ sauce and reheat it, as mentioned above, while I'm preparing the cheese sauce fresh!
