I found that if I take them out of the mold immediately after they come out of the oven & put on a cooling rack, they don’t get as soggy on the bottoms.

Yes!! Always remove them from the cooking mold once they are done (this goes for all breads/burgers etc) because the steam will get trapped. How'd they taste?!

First time making these & they turned out pretty good! Next time I will distribute the dough in the molds evenly to make 5 buns.
